Immerse yourself in the fabulous millenary olive trees, symbol of the Puglia region in the ancient Masseria Brancati, which encloses within its fortified walls all the secrets on the traditional collection of extra virgin olive oil, from cultivation to the finished product.

The farm is a structure that welcomed an average of three / four families, and life was marked by the times of the earth. The crops were so precious that in the farm there is also a watchtower.
The olive trees rise as far as the eye can see in the countryside, like real sculptures designed over the millennia. Being millenary, they are all rigorously labeled and carefully preserved by those who live in these lands.

Inside the farm, in addition to an orchard and a citrus grove, there is also a modest eighteenth-century church, with a Baroque altar, made with Lecce stone.

There is also a small museum to discover Messapian traces, from pre-Roman times, the tools used for the milling of olives, an underground oil mill still in operation and another of more recent manufacture.

The tour ends with a tasting of virgin and extra virgin olive oils produced by the farm.
